Self Represented Litigants (SRL’s)

The term “self-represented litigant” is often used to describe persons who appear in Court without representation. Some people may feel they are competent enough to represent themselves. However, SRL’s sometimes get bogged down with the Court process and documents expected of them to move the Court matter forward.

This is where Mac-Law can help. We can work with the SRL educating them on the Court process, review documents that have been filed, draft Court documents required and any other area the SRL may require help.
